6 months Contract to hire

About The Role

We're looking for a Python Developer passionate about building intelligent systems that scale. You'll design and implement robust workflows that harness the power of large language models (LLMs), integrating orchestration frameworks like LangChain or Semantic Kernel to deliver seamless AI?driven experiences. If you thrive in fast?paced environments and love solving complex problems with elegant code, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain Python?based applications that orchestrate LLMs using frameworks such as LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or similar.
  • Design modular, scalable workflows that string together multi?step AI tasks.
  • Integrate OpenAI models and APIs into production?grade systems.
  • Collaborate cross?functionally with product, research, and infrastructure teams to deliver end?to?end AI solutions.
  • Write clean, testable, and well?documented code following best practices.
  • Stay current with emerging trends in agentic AI, orchestration frameworks, and cloud?native development.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Strong proficiency in Python and experience building production?grade applications.
  • Proven ability to design and implement complex workflows using orchestration frameworks (LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or equivalent).
  • Hands?on experience integrating OpenAI models into applications.
  • Solid understanding of software engineering principles, version control, and CI / CD pipelines.

    • Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with agentic AI systems or autonomous agents.
  • Familiarity with AWS services (Lambda, S3, EC2, etc.) for cloud deployment and scalability.
  • Contributions to open?source AI projects or orchestration frameworks.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
