Job Title : Mid-Level Tax Associate

Location : New York, NY

Compensation : $225,000 – $435,000 (based on class year) + full benefits

What You’ll Do :

  • Advise on sophisticated M&A, private equity, and corporate tax matters .
  • Partner with leading deal teams to structure and execute headline-making transactions .
  • Navigate multi-jurisdictional tax issues, giving clients clarity in high-stakes moments.
  • Work alongside recognized leaders in the field —mentorship and growth are built in.

What We’re Looking For :

  • 2–4 years of tax law experience , ideally with a focus on transactional work.
  • Strong exposure to M&A tax planning and structuring .
  • Excellent academic credentials and analytical skills.
  • Admission to practice in New York.
