York Hospital is in search of a motivated Pediatric Occupational Therapist who is excited to work with a wide variety of medical and neurological diagnoses, including developmental delays, sensory processing disorders, Autism, ADHD, emotional dysregulation, feeding issues, cerebral palsy, Down syndrome, and many more. Our highly collaborative team works closely with PTs and SLPs to ensure our patients receive the best quality of care. Our goal is to ensure you feel confident and supported as a therapist, focusing on your clinical skill development while maintaining a healthy life-work balance.

The Occupational Therapist is responsible for :

• Providing occupational therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting in accordance with a written Plan of Care approved by a physician.
• The Occupational Therapist makes an initial evaluation and plans with the patient, family, and physician for ongoing therapy services.
• Initiates, reviews, and implements the OT Care Plan for each patient based on the assessment and prescribed Plan of Care and revises when indicated.
