Part-Time Medical Assistant / Front Desk – Endocrine Clinic (Sugar Land, TX)

Schedule : Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday

8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM

Commitment : Minimum 1 year

Note : We do NOT sponsor visas.

Our busy endocrine clinic in Sugar Land is seeking motivated gap-year students interested in working as a Part-Time Medical Assistant / Front Desk Associate . This role is ideal for students preparing for medical, PA, or nursing school who want meaningful patient care exposure.

Responsibilities

Greet patients and manage check-in / check-out procedures

Schedule and confirm appointments

Collect patient information relevant to the visit

Obtain and document vital signs, BMI, height / weight, and reason for visit

Record medications, allergies, and other history in the electronic health record (EHR)

Assist the provider with urgent or emergency in-office patient care

Expectations

Professional, courteous, and reliable

Strong communication and customer service skills

Ability to work efficiently in a clinical environment
