Assistant Manager Requirements & Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required.Bachelor’s degree or relevant / equivalent work experience required.Prior experience working with children is essential.Solid background in management, performance, events, art instruction, or a related field required.Assistant Manager Preferred Background & Skills
Bilingual candidates are a plus.Experience in multi-tasking and independent work.Familiarity with teaching and leading activities related to children's programs.Assistant Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Support in managing and coordinating daily studio operations, including scheduling activities and events.Pick up children from schools within walking distance from the studio.Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.Implement all standard operating procedures and company policies.Maintain a safe environment and report any unsafe conditions promptly.Engage positively and professionally with children, parents, and staff.Maintain required paperwork and records as needed.Perform other related duties as assigned.
