Front Desk Host Crown & Raine Headspa & Blow Dry Bar (Wexford, Peters Township & Murrysville)

Crown & Raine Headspa & Blow Dry Bar is Pittsburghs premier luxury headspa , where beauty meets wellness. Our signature treatments blend relaxation, scalp health, and style to deliver an experience unlike anything else.

Were currently hiring Front Desk Hosts to join our growing teams in Wexford, Peters Township, and Murrysville . As the first and last impression of our brand, youll play a vital role in creating an exceptional guest experience from start to finish.

This position is perfect for someone who is personable, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-end environment . Whether you have salon, spa, or hospitality experience or simply love providing exceptional customer service well provide full training to help you succeed.

Compensation : $15 - $20 hourly

Responsibilities :

  • Greet guests warmly and ensure every client feels welcomed and valued
  • Manage check-ins, checkouts, and appointment flow for stylists and therapists
  • Rebook guests and promote future appointments, memberships, and gift cards
  • Process payments accurately and handle point-of-sale transactions
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front-of-house environment
  • Restock products and ensure shelves are visually appealing
  • Communicate effectively with the salon team to ensure seamless service
  • Assist with retail sales and track client preferences and purchases
  • Support marketing and social media initiatives (optional but encouraged)

Qualifications :

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Friendly, polished, and professional demeanor
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
  • Weekend availability (Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays strongly preferred)
  • Prior front desk, hospitality, or salon / spa experience preferred but not required
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable learning booking software (training provided)
  • Team-oriented and motivated to deliver five-star experiences
