Our fast-growing Casper, Wyoming law firm is looking for a File Clerk & Office Runner for a flexible part-time opportunity! This is a 10 to 20-hour per-week job. However, there may be an opportunity for more hours for those with additional experience and secretarial skills.

If you have ever been interested in working for a law firm but don't yet have any formal legal education or real-world law firm experience, this is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door! Compensation : $17 - $23 hourly

Responsibilities :

We’re a firm of trial lawyers. This is a fast-paced job and will require solid organizational skills and the ability to consistently and accurately complete a variety of tasks. What You’ll Do

This isn’t your average paralegal gig—it’s about rolling up your sleeves and owning the casework that makes or breaks lives. Here’s how you’ll bring the heat :

• Master the Evidence : Investigate, review, and organize criminal case evidence like a pro, ensuring nothing is missed.
• Be the Glue : Coordinate with attorneys, paralegals, clients, opposing counsel, and experts, ensuring everyone is on the same page.
• Own the Details : Keep meticulous records in our case management system and calendar deliver results with precision.
• Draft Like a Boss : Help draft motions, briefs, notices that are accurate, succint, and easy to read.
