Job descriptionCompetitive pay Career Growth & flexible hours PTO and Sick Days Currently enrolled in a practicum or fieldwork program related to Applied Behavior Analysis, psychology, education, or a similar field (required) Obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification within 60 days of hire Experience working with children, and a passion for working with children with special needs Reliable Transportation Must have an active CPR Certification To protect our clients and their families, this position requires a background check. Successful candidates will receive a conditional offer of employment, with a final confirmation to start pending the satisfactory results of the screening Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Able to assume and maintain a variety of postures (kneeling, squatting, crawling, sitting, standing) for extended periods of time Sit on the floor or stand for extended periods of time Dental insurance Health insurance Mileage reimbursement Paid time off Vision insurance Evening Shift Monday to Friday CPR Certification (Required)
Location : Maryland Heights, MO
Setting : In-home
Schedule : Monday to Friday 4 : 00pm to 6 : 30pm (subject to change based on learner needs)
Pay : $18-$23 / hour
As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) you will work with our Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement life-changing ABA care. You'll work one-on-one with our patient's families, helping children learn new skills and reach new milestones.
- Provide in-person behavior intervention services in a school setting
- Collect and record data on child behaviors
- Be available weekly for supervision by the Behavior Analyst
- Attend team meetings
