As a Grants Manager , you’ll be part of a highly collaborative and detail-oriented group that supports the full lifecycle of grantmaking — from application and due diligence through payment and reporting.

You’ll be trusted to maintain the accuracy, consistency, and compliance that keep our clients’ philanthropic work running smoothly, and you’ll play an essential role in ensuring grants are managed efficiently and thoughtfully.

Desired Knowledge, Skills & Abilities :
At least three years of hands‑on administrative experience , demonstrating consistent reliability and attention to detail; experience within philanthropy or the nonprofit sector is highly valued.
Proactive and dependable , with strong judgment and the persistence to see every task through to accurate and thoughtful completion.
Exceptionally organized and methodical , able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and calm under pressure. Works independently and collaboratively within a supportive, fast‑paced team environment.
Service‑minded and professional communicator , demonstrating respect, tact, and empathy in every interaction.
Comfortable engaging with a wide range of people , including client boards, high net worth individuals, and colleagues from diverse perspectives and backgrounds.
Strong written communication skills , including proofreading, editing, and maintaining clarity and precision in all correspondence.
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and database systems , with a commitment to using technology effectively to support accuracy and efficiency.
