About the Position
A well-established, doctor-led endodontic practice in Frisco, Texas is seeking a skilled and motivated Endodontist to join their thriving team. This opportunity arises as a long-standing doctor prepares for retirement, creating a seamless transition for an incoming clinician to take over an existing, robust patient base.
The practice operates Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM , and prides itself on its collaborative culture, modern facilities, and advanced clinical technology. Compensation & Benefits
Compensation Model :
A tiered collections-based structure , allowing income growth in line with clinical performance and productivity. The practice's strong referral base and excellent reimbursement rates make this an especially rewarding opportunity.
Guaranteed Income :
To ensure a confident start, the practice provides a monthly guarantee of $33,333 or the tiered collections model —whichever is greater—during the first year, while credentialing, payor setup, and referral onboarding are completed. After the first year, compensation transitions to the tiered model exclusively.
Student Debt Assistance :
To ease the transition into practice, the team offers $2,000 per month for the first year to help offset student loan payments while building the patient base.
Relocation Support :
Relocation assistance is negotiable and tailored to the candidate's needs.
Professional Development :
The practice values lifelong learning and provides an annual CE allowance of $2,500 to support advanced education, travel, and course fees.
Comprehensive Benefits :
