Schedule:

Work a consistent 4-day week-Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM-with a refreshing 90-minute lunch break and the option to pick up more hours if you'd like.

WHAT YOUR DAY ENTAILS:

Each day, you serve as the cornerstone of our patient experience. You greet patients warmly, answer calls, schedule appointments, and ensure every visitor feels cared for and confident. You enter patient data, process payments, and verify insurance with precision. You create lasting relationships through exceptional service and persuasive communication-encouraging prospective patients to take that next step toward health. Whether you're managing social media, designing graphics, or assisting with in-office marketing campaigns, your organizational skills and upbeat attitude help keep our practice thriving.

Here's what we need from you:

• 1+ years of experience in sales
• 1+ years of experience in customer service
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Great phone etiquette with amazing people skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency with computers and technology
