Seeking two dynamic Senior IT Internal Controls Analysts to bolster their IT Internal Controls program and drive excellence in internal control processes.

Responsibilities :

Design, implement, document, and test IT controls for compliance.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and document key IT controls.

Maintain IT controls environment documentation and assess impacts of business initiatives.

Identify control gaps, evaluate risk, and develop corrective action plans.

Implement IT compliance policies and procedures to ensure adherence to regulations.

Support the selection and adoption of GRC tools for IT internal controls.

Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in IT, Information Security, Business, or related field.

Minimum 3 years of IT internal controls, audit, or related experience.

Familiarity with GRC tools and IT general controls.

Understanding of SOX audit processes and methodologies.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred :

Professional certifications such as CISA, CISSP, CPA, or CIA.

Experience with AuditBoard SOXHUB and modern GRC tools.

Previous Big 4 audit or consulting experience.
