We’re looking for a caring, creative, and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our team! This role is all about helping children (ages 3–5) grow socially, emotionally, and academically so they are ready to thrive in kindergarten. • What You’ll Do
• Create engaging lesson plans and hands-on activities using storytelling, music, play, and interactive media.
• Support children in building confidence, social skills, and self-regulation.
• Foster positive peer interactions and help children learn problem-solving and conflict resolution.
• Guide children in exploring creativity through art, music, and practical life skills.
• Organize daily routines including snacks, rest time, and transitions.
• Track and document developmental progress and share updates with families.
• Communicate regularly with parents and caregivers to support each child’s growth.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers to maintain a supportive, fun, and safe classroom environment.
• Ensure a clean, organized, and health-compliant classroom space.
• What You Bring
• Previous experience as a Preschool Teacher or in a similar role.
• Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education.
• Understanding of safety, sanitation, and licensing standards.
• Strong communication, classroom management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to guide children through challenges with calmness and patience.
• A collaborative mindset and a positive, reliable attitude.
• Meet the State of California qualifications for a Preschool Teacher (ECE units or equivalent).

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
