Business Intelligence Analyst - Skillbridge Program

This role is exclusively available for active duty service members enrolled in the Skillbridge program or seeking a Skillbridge internship. It is a contract position for up to six months, with compensation provided through the Skillbridge Program by the Department of Defense.

About the Role

As a vital member of the Go-To-Market Intelligence team, you will support our Sales and Customer Success Group (CSG) organizations. Your expertise in business systems data will empower you to analyze and derive insights into the organization’s past and predicted performance.

Creative analytical thinking will be key in designing and implementing operational dashboards and generating ad hoc reports. This role demands a robust understanding of database and business intelligence principles, transforming data into actionable insights to enhance decision-making across the organization.

What You Will Do

• Create and manage Salesforce CRM Analytics and Tableau dashboards to effectively support our Customer Solutions Group & Sales Team strategies.
• Lead core activities on small to moderately complex analytic projects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and build insightful dashboards and analytics reporting, facilitating performance monitoring on key indicators.
• Partner with the GTM Intelligence team to establish and maintain consistent data definitions and metrics across the Sales & CSG business.
