A company is looking for a Content Claims Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
Triage and handle complex assignments to ensure successful claims setup
Manage all tasks necessary to move claims to Contents Valuation
Provide customer service via Live Chat & Hotline and collaborate with various business units
Required Qualifications
1-3 years of customer service experience
Prior experience or knowledge in property and casualty claims is preferred
Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience will be considered
Self-motivated with strong multitasking abilities in a remote work setting
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
