smartdept. is searching for a YouTube Content Creator for a luxury architecture and construction client located in Winter Park, CO. The ideal candidate will come with 5+ years of experience. This is a fully remote ongoing contract opportunity.

Brief Summary

The YouTube Content Creator will be responsible for conceptualizing, producing, and publishing engaging video content that showcases the client’s high-end projects, design process, and brand story. This role requires a strong visual sense, storytelling ability, and an understanding of luxury branding to elevate the client’s digital presence and engage a discerning audience.

What You’ll Do

Develop, script, film, and edit original YouTube videos highlighting architectural projects, behind-the-scenes content, and company milestones

Collaborate with architects, designers, and marketing to plan video content that aligns with the brand’s voice and luxury aesthetic

Manage the YouTube channel, including uploading videos, optimizing titles / descriptions / tags, and monitoring analytics

Stay current on content trends in luxury, architecture, and design to ensure videos remain innovative and relevant

Ensure all content meets the highest standards of visual quality, storytelling, and brand alignment

What You’ll Need

Education / Experience :

5+ years of experience in video content creation, preferably for luxury, architecture, or design brands

Nice-to-Have Skills

Experience with luxury brands or high-end clientele

Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, etc.)

Strong visual storytelling and creative direction skills

Knowledge of YouTube SEO and channel growth strategies

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Understanding of architecture, design, or construction industry terminology
