Job descriptionGED or high school diploma 3-6 months experience as a paraprofessional Trained in use of Epi-Pen Willing and able to work with medically fragile children in a school environment Must be fingerprinted by the Board of Education. Fees for fingerprinting to be paid by candidate. Mandated Reporter certified A $25 money order to be paid to the school to complete the SCR Form. This is to be paid by the candidate. Recent Quantiferon TB test (within the last year) Pre-employment Physical Exam (within the last yea r) Titer tests and lab paperwork (within the last year) for : MMR TDAP Varicella
Paraprofessional Needed in Brooklyn!
Work 1 : 1 with a pre-school child.
Primary Responsibilities
- Shadow child in classroom and attend to child while there
- Accompany to therapy sessions (physical, occupational and speech)
- Respond to medical emergencies that may arise
- Perform any and all paraprofessional responsibilities as needed
- Other responsibilities as required by situation and supervisor
Requirements
Sala ry : $18.50 per hou r
