A company is looking for a Marketing Automation Manager to oversee marketing automation strategies and technologies.
Key Responsibilities
Optimize and manage marketing tools, particularly Salesforce Marketing Cloud and related platforms
Develop and execute automated marketing campaigns across various channels
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer journey experiences and ensure data-driven marketing execution
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or related field
3+ years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce Sales Cloud
3+ years in a marketing automation role with high-volume experience
Experience with customer data platforms and CRM integrations is a plus
Certifications in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Sales / Service Cloud are preferred but not required
