Job Summary

This is a hybrid role and interested candidates must be able to commute to our Chicago office.
Primary Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for high volume roles
- Collaborate with hiring managers to create recruiting and sourcing strategies
- Utilize standard and creative sourcing strategies to identify active and passive talent
- Conduct interviews over the phone and via Zoom
- Lead post interview debriefs with the interview teams and candidates
- Act as a subject matter expert regarding technical recruiting trends
- Educate and coach managers on behavioral interviewing techniques and process
- Administer job posting processes aligned with existing protocols
- Extend and negotiate offers
- Provide ad hoc recruitment reports to management
- Recruit for non-high volume roles as needed
- Other duties as assigned
Job Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree highly preferred, minimum High School Degree required4-5 years of experience with full life-cycle recruiting in a corporate and / or agency environmentExperience sourcing and recruiting clinical candidates, with the capabilities to explain nuances of a corporate clinical environment focused on mental health and wellbeing a plusProven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring passive candidates through cold calling, name generation, networking, etc.Knowledge of LinkedIn networking; experience with LinkedIn Recruiter requiredAbility to establish priorities, handle multiple tasks and work independently with minimal supervisionExcellent interpersonal and facilitation skills; demonstrated sense of urgency and attention to detailsUnderstanding of legal and compliance issuesProficient in Microsoft Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)Ability to work in a hybrid model - remote & in officeEEO
