Position Overview

Our wound care client is expanding into new markets and is seeking a Nurse Practitioner with wound care experience to join their PRN pool. This role involves traveling to patient homes and skilled nursing facilities (SNFs) within a 1.5-hour radius of Batavia, NY , including Rochester and Buffalo.

Requirements

Certifications : Board Certified through AANP or ANCC as FNP, AGNP, or AGACNP
Licensure : Active New York NP license
Experience : Must have wound care experience

Schedule

PRN coverage

Monday Friday, 8am 5pm

72-hour notice provided

Must be flexible and able to work full 8-hour shifts if needed

Weekend-only availability is not accepted

Compensation

$250 per visit

W2 pay structure

Mileage reimbursed at IRS rate

Clinical Details

Solo patient visits with direction from medical director / regional coordinator

Visits take approximately minutes
