Job Overview :
The AVP Security systems Manager is responsible for the day-to-day security function within a region or site aligned with the Corporate Security Program and its respective business objectives, leading specific core competencies within the Corporate Security Program, and providing oversight to contract security staffing and security systems services for the site and / or region. Additional responsibilities include providing leadership and consultation regarding security issues, projects, and investigations, serving as Subject Matter Expert (SME) and point of contact for questions and issues that arise regarding the security operations, providing security awareness and training to the employee population, and performing other duties as required in support of department, functional and company goals.
On a periodic basis, the AVP Security Systems Manager will conduct site security reviews for the purpose of maintaining safe workspaces and asset protection. This position will have oversight of the firm's electronic security infrastructure, with a primary focus on access control, CCTV surveillance, intercom systems, and the coordination of repairs and maintenance activities. This position involves close collaboration with the security integration vendor to ensure system stability, provide prompt responses to equipment malfunctions, and implement innovative solutions to optimize performance.
The AVP Security Systems Manager requires daily on-site presence at the designated corporate home office, with occasional travel to conduct security system assessments, troubleshooting, and maintenance. This role requires extensive hands-on experience in designing, developing, programming, testing, and maintaining complex electronic systems and components. Advanced knowledge of low-voltage electrical systems, security software platforms, applicable safety codes, and systems integration are also required.

Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
