Job Responsibilities
Serves as a Financial Aid contact for CCC / UCC. Counsel applicants, students, and parents on the financial aid process, FAFSA completion, verification, required documents, and financial aid awards. Responsible for conducting FAFSA workshops.
Serves as a Financial Aid Counselor in charge of FAFSA and financial aid file completion. Ensure students / parents receive the help they need to complete the FAFSA and understand what is needed for financial aid file completion.
Conducts all FAFSA workshops at local high schools and special events. Help students / parents establish their FAFSA User ID and complete the FAFSA.
Serves as liaison between the Financial Aid Office and Admissions.
Coordinates financial aid call campaigns.
Develops communication plans for financial aid file completion.
Minimum and Additional Requirements
Bachelor's degree and financial aid experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Higher education experience in the area of Student Services. Sales and marketing background.
