Job description

Job Title : Quality Test Engineer 2

Duration : 24+ Months

Location : Tucson, AZ (Local candidates preferred; relocation not acceptable)

Job Overview :

  • Seeking a Quality Test Engineer with 3–5 years’ experience in product support and validation to support new product introduction and maintenance releases. The role involves fit and function testing, documentation, issue triage, and occasional field validation.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Perform product validation for new features, maintenance patches, and bug fixes.
  • Conduct fit and function testing and document results.
  • Triage escalation issues from internal and external teams.
  • Support troubleshooting across on-board and back-office applications.
  • Occasional international travel

    • Required Skills & Experience :

  • 3–5 years of product support / validation experience.
  • Degree in Mechanical or related Engineering (Associate’s with relevant experience accepted).
  • Familiarity with : Reading and interpreting schematics, server and TCP / IP networking, microsoft client and server platforms and databases and troubleshooting end-to-end data flow.
