Mobile HVAC / Maintenance Technician

What this job involves :

This position focuses on operating, inspecting, and maintaining all HVAC, refrigeration, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and production equipment across assigned facilities. You'll work to maximize equipment efficiency and lifespan while ensuring energy-efficient, safe operations with minimal downtime. The role emphasizes proactive maintenance through detailed record-keeping and anticipating repair needs, with a strong emphasis on HVAC / R systems operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.

Your day-to-day tasks will include :

• Perform ongoing preventive and repair response work orders on facility mechanical, electrical and other installed systems, equipment, and components
• Maintain, operate, and repair all HVAC / R systems and associated equipment, electrical distribution equipment, and plumbing systems
• Handle building interior / exterior repairs, grounds maintenance, and production equipment for assigned buildings
• Study and become familiar with various equipment types and proper operating methods required for daily activities
• Perform assigned facility inspections and due diligence efforts, reporting conditions that impact client occupancy and operations
• Submit P-card receipts daily and update work order status in real time
• Utilize CMMS systems such as Corrigo for documenting all work performed
• Respond to call-in work and perform other duties as required
• Troubleshoot and repair commercial refrigeration systems including rack refrigeration and supermarket equipment
