Physical Therapist / RPT – $55.00 - $65.00 per hour DOE, Schedule & Location- Relocation Assistance – Los Angeles, CA

Key Responsibilities :

• Evaluates and treats patients / residents.
• Communicates with patients’ families, physicians, and other health team members.
• Maintains all necessary documentation of services in the patient’s medical records.
• Treatment planning and implementation.
• Discharge planning.
• Testing patients’ physical abilities.
• Analyzing rehabilitation goals.
• Consulting with the rehab team and other health team members to coordinate the most effective treatment program.
