Location : Remote – United States or Canada

Company Stage of Funding : Series A (Profitable & Growing)

Office Type : Fully Remote

Salary : $175,000 – $210,000 + Equity

What You Will Do

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Design, and Engineering to define roadmap priorities and shape new product experiences.
• Build and own full-stack product features end-to-end—from early exploration to launch and iteration.
• Solve complex technical challenges across scalability, reliability, and performance in a rapidly growing codebase.
• Drive architectural improvements, improve developer efficiency, and contribute to engineering best practices.
• Lead through influence—mentor others, guide technical decisions, and strengthen the engineering culture.
