Summary of Position :

The Fabrication Director oversees management of all areas of fabrication to produce items and direct activities to ensure that items are built on schedule and within quality standards and cost objectives.

Responsibilities :

Department Operations

• Assists company officers and senior staff members in the development and formulation of long and short-range planning, policies and objectives.

SOP

Routine quality control inspections

Identifies, recommends and implements changes to improve productivity and reduce cost and scrap.

Department Development

Department Expense Management

Raw Materials, Shop Labor, Install Labor Costs

Requirements :

Work Environment :

Location : The Treehouse warehouse is located in Los Angeles and this employee must report onsite 5-days a week.

Salary Estimation : $120k - 140k + bonus program

This is a full-time exempt position. NVE intends to provide a competitive total compensation package which includes a variety of incentives, benefits, growth and developmental opportunities.
