Job description

The Digital Spenders Club is a culture club for crypto believers — a place where fashion, storytelling, and community collide to celebrate the projects, people, and ideas shaping Web3. Through apparel, collabs, immersive experiences, and narrative-driven content, we give our members new ways to rep what they believe in, connect with the community, and live crypto in the real world.

Crypto has builders, believers, and global communities—but almost nowhere for them to gather in a way that feels cultural, not transactional. That’s the gap DSC is filling, and the response has been profound : consistent demand for our releases, events that draw a mix of builders and creatives, and a community that shows up without needing to be asked.. The momentum is real, the demand is growing, and we’re hiring to scale what’s already working.

Responsibilities

  • Owns execution of DSC’s creative direction across all social channels — turning brand ideas and campaigns into content that drives culture, membership, and following
  • Translates the Creative Director’s vision into daily social output that feels native, fresh, and consistent across platforms
  • Develops, manages, and evolves the social calendar across X, Instagram, YouTube, and Discord (along with Web3 native platforms like Farcaster and Zora)
  • Collaborates with designers, producers, and editors to bring creative direction to life across still, video, and motion formats
  • Writes copy and curates visuals that accurately reflect DSC’s tone, style, and brand pillars ( Inspire / Rep / Commune )
  • Experiments constantly — testing post formats, storytelling approaches, and publishing times to identify what works and scale it
  • Analyzes performance data and audience behavior to optimize growth and improve creative execution
  • Stays tapped into fashion, streetwear, crypto, and internet culture to surface relevant moments and references for DSC to engage with
  • Engages directly with the community — ensuring DSC’s voice feels personal, sharp, and culturally aware

Qualifications

  • 3+ years executing social content for fashion, streetwear, or culture brands
  • Deep understanding of social storytelling, platform behavior, and audience growth
  • Genuine interest in crypto, Web3, and digital-native cultural movements
  • Strong ability to interpret creative direction and translate it into relevant, high-performing output
  • Experience experimenting with content and optimizing based on measurable results
  • Skilled at writing, visual curation, and content packaging for social platforms
  • Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing both creative and analytical workflows
