Job Title : Product Counsel
Location : Hybrid - NYC (2 days onsite)
Salary : $275,000 - $325,000+

Responsibilities :
- Provide counsel to product teams through the full lifecycle.
- Advise on product design and risk mitigation across financial infrastructure initiatives.
- Evaluate and counsel on complex regulatory matters, including securities regulation, data privacy, and compliance frameworks.
- Draft and negotiate legal agreements supporting venture fund offerings and investor platforms.
- Develop scalable legal operations that align with business growth.
- Partner across compliance, business development, and engineering to ensure legal guidance supports technology and business goals.
- Train business units on the regulatory and legal implications of product initiatives.
