🩺 Staff Nurse – PCU Unit (Night Shift)

📍 Location : Washington Courthouse, OH

🕒 Shift : Night Shift | 7 : 00 PM – 7 : 00 AM

⏳ Hours : 36 hours / week, every other weekend

Position Overview :

The Staff Nurse, RN provides professional nursing care by applying nursing skills and processes to develop, implement, and evaluate patient care plans. Acting as the primary caregiver , the nurse delivers direct patient care and collaborates with care team members, physicians, and patients / families to achieve optimal outcomes .

The RN manages up to 3 ICU step-down patients or up to 4 med / surg-type patients , making independent and collaborative decisions while maintaining patient confidentiality. The position reports directly to the Nurse Manager and indirectly to the Director of Nursing .
