Key Responsibilities :

• Provide nursing care through the nursing process : assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation for assigned patients.
• Address the psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and families with sensitivity and professionalism.
• Administer medications and treatments according to protocols, while monitoring for side effects and treatment effectiveness.
• Thoroughly document patient history, symptoms, medication, and care delivered.
• Assess learning needs, and educate patients, families, and caregivers while identifying potential issues and resources.
