Sanitation Department Position

Job Assignment : Sanitation Department

Shift : Third

Position Description : The work will consist of the employee cleaning equipment throughout the plant using a system of high-pressurized water, cleaning agents and other sanitation equipment in accordance to the standards set by U.S.D.A. and Pilgrims Pride Directives for sanitation control.

Qualifications :

• Above average attendance habits
• Must be self-motivated and willing to work in areas of the plant
• Must have the ability to work safety and responsibly with fellow employees and equipment
• Must have correctable eyesight, and be able to lift / push / pull over 25 lbs frequently Must be able to follow instructions given by supervisor or Crew Leader
• Needs to understand the reason and recognize the need for good sanitation habits
• Ability to work with both hands
• Must be able to reach above shoulders
• Work on fast paced environment safely
• Pay close attention to detail
• Other duties as assigned
