Automotive Technical Examination Agent

A company is looking for a Technical Examination Agent STAR (Remote - Must live in the US) with automotive experience.

Key Responsibilities :

Answer inbound calls and tickets for technical assistance, creating cases in Cherwell and providing diagnostic direction to dealer technicians

Document all customer contacts and technical cases, ensuring clear management throughout the case lifecycle

Provide technical support to internal groups and communicate product issues as required

Required Qualifications :

High School Graduate (bachelor's degree or higher preferred)

Automotive Service Excellence Certifications (ASE) within the primary call taking area (all areas preferred)

Automotive repair experience of at least 3 years

2-3 years of experience with Cummins 6.0L Diesel Engine required

Basic PC software knowledge including Windows and keyboarding skills
