Wholesale Product Specialist

As a Wholesale Product Specialist, you will play a vital role in assisting commercial paint customers by understanding their needs, providing answers to their inquiries about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommending optimal solutions. Your focus will be on ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction while solving any issues promptly. Staying informed about product features and maintaining the quality and visual standards of the store are key responsibilities. You will also be tasked with meeting both customer service excellence and store sales goals.

This position is located at Store #4333, at 3080 S. Hwy 14 Unit C&D Greer, SC 29650, and is a Full-Time role.

The Wholesale Product Specialist engages directly with customers, which may include minors, and has access to cash, electronic equipment, and high-value merchandise. Therefore, a review of criminal history is required to safeguard our operations and personnel.

Your Role Will Include :

• Ensuring excellent customer satisfaction through outstanding sales service.
• Helping customers in person and over the phone by assessing their needs and presenting suitable products and services.
• Building trustworthy relationships with wholesale customers.
• Accurately processing sales transactions according to company policies.
• Meeting monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals.
• Maintaining precise records and formulas for work orders.
• Retrieving products from the sales floor or warehouse as needed.
• Tinting and mixing products to align with customer specifications.
• Stocking shelves and creating displays effectively.
• Ensuring cleanliness and functionality of store equipment.
• Loading / unloading delivery trucks and assisting with deliveries as required.
• Maintaining organized and visually appealing assigned areas.
• Staying knowledgeable about available products and discussing options with customers.
• Adhering to inventory control procedures.
• Proposing ideas to enhance sales performance.
