Responsibilities include :

• Supervision of personnel, including scheduling, training, coaching, and performance evaluations.
• Maintaining customer service standards and handling customer issues during shifts.
• Operational management such as staffing, inventory, sanitation, and ensuring food safety compliance.
• Financial management including reviewing income statements, controlling costs, and managing POS and inventory systems.
• Food production oversight, menu planning, and ensuring quality and safety standards.
• Supporting management tasks and projects, and directing daily work of supervisors.
• Handling operational issues like staffing substitutions, stock evaluations, and customer flow adjustments.
• Performing initial troubleshooting of equipment and ensuring proper food sanitation and packaging for transport.
• Managing off-site services, special events, and ensuring timely delivery of food and beverages.
• Qualifications include a degree in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, Business, or related field, with supervisory experience preferred.
• Physical requirements involve lifting up to 20 lbs., typing, and travel between campus buildings.
