Overview and Duties : Provides specialized information support for IRC operations. Key duties include :
- Assisting in policy creation / evaluation; training staff on info / records management.
- Setting up conference / training rooms; AV troubleshooting during events.
- Supporting office / facilities / HR / security; handling federal travel; multi-tasking for deadlines.
- Aligning with CLIENT's focus on Indo-Pacific and other regions' infrastructure needs.
Qualifications :
At least 5 years of administrative management or relevant work experience.Proficient in IT / databases; excellent communication; innovative service.Physical ability for files / boxes.Experience with federal travel regs.College degree in business / information management or related certifications preferred.Place of Performance : Arlington, VA 22209 (full-time on-site).
