Customer Service Call Center Specialist

Training will be held on 1st shift for 4 weeks, then shift will change to 2nd or 3rd shift as available, with a starting pay rate of $20.00 per hour. The ideal candidate will have one year of call enter experience.

Responsibilities :

Complete all required training and follow company protocols and procedures. Process inbound / outbound calls from customers and authority agencies in a call center setting. Provide detail-oriented customer service and empathetic support to our customers with a sense of urgency. Respond to, verify, and dispatch emergency signals. Handle security alarm activations for residences and businesses in a professional manner.
