Responsibilities

Client Engagement : Establish and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients to understand their insurance needs.

Lead Qualification : Assess leads to identify their insurance requirements and qualify them for further follow-up.

Product Knowledge : Develop an in-depth understanding of our insurance products to provide accurate information and recommendations to clients.

Pipeline Management : Manage and maintain a robust sales pipeline through timely follow-up and documentation.

Collaborative Efforts : Work closely with the sales team to transition qualified leads effectively and ensure seamless client experience.

Reporting : Keep detailed records of client interactions, sales activities, and communications in the CRM system.

Continuous Improvement : Engage in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.

Requirements

Licensing : Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty License is preferred, but not required for hiring.

Experience : Previous experience in sales, is advantageous.

Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.

Customer-Oriented : Ability to understand client needs and surpass their expectations.

Adaptability : Adapts quickly to changing priorities while effectively managing time and nurturing new business opportunities.
