Strategic Digital Transformation Leader (ONSITE)

We are seeking a visionary and collaborative executive leader to drive large-scale digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of harnessing Gen AI, machine learning, and innovative technologies to deliver best-in-class transformations, operating model redesigns, and measurable business value enhancements. This role requires deep expertise in strategic planning, process reengineering, and building high-performing, cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end transformation engagements, including in-depth assessments, gap analysis, and delivery of actionable roadmaps for measurable business outcomes.
  • Originate, structure, and execute large-scale initiatives, focusing on frictionless customer journeys and operational excellence.
  • Build, mentor, and manage geographically distributed teams of transformation consultants, architects, and delivery staff.
  • Spearhead process reengineering, customer journey redesign, and workforce optimization to drive customer satisfaction and efficiency.
  • Manage P&L, portfolio management, and strategic partnerships to drive revenue growth and cost optimization.
  • Deliver thought leadership and strategic guidance to clients and internal teams, leveraging industry best practices and emerging technologies.

Required Qualifications

  • 18+ years of progressive experience in Digital transformation, digital operations consulting, or related leadership roles.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Gen AI / ML technologies, digital CX transformation, and operating model redesign.
  • Proven success in leading large, geographically distributed teams and managing multi-million-dollar portfolios.
  • Strong background in process reengineering, journey mapping, workforce management, and agentic automation.
  • Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent process improvement certification required.
  • Preferred Experience

  • Experience in Automotive industry
  • Track record of developing and implementing minimal touch operating models and future-of-work integration offerings.
  • Strong client relationship management and business development skills.
