About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP of Product Management to lead a dynamic team and drive the optimization of the customer experience across various digital touchpoints. The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of areas, including retention, engagement, marketing, monetization, product analytics, product design, UI / UX, data experiences, and user testing. This role requires a strategic leader with a proven track record in software product management, particularly in the context of e-commerce or digital retail.
Key responsibilities for the VP PM include leading all product managers and design engineers, working closely with the marketing team to develop and execute go-to-market plans, and designing and managing A / B tests to enhance various user experiences. The role also involves a strong focus on user retention and engagement to improve customer lifetime value. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years' experience in software product management, with at least 8 years in a leadership role managing design and engineering teams. A strategic vision and the ability to work with cross-functional teams, including analytics, are essential for this position.
