• This position must sit in Bellevue, WA. This is not a remote role. This is a hybrid environment requiring at least 3 days a week in office.

The Senior Manager, Media - Video & Sponsorships plays a critical leadership role within T-Mobile’s Media organization, overseeing more than $1B in enterprise investment across video and sponsorship channels. This leader defines the strategic vision for how T-Mobile shows up across video ecosystems and high-impact partnerships - driving measurable business outcomes, innovation, and cross-functional alignment across all five lines of business.

They will balance long-term enterprise strategy with in-quarter execution, delivering scalable media solutions that maximize ROI, elevate brand equity, and keep T-Mobile at the forefront of a rapidly evolving media and technology landscape. This role requires a leader who inspires teams, embraces experimentation, and navigates complex cross-functional partnerships to deliver excellence at speed and scale.

Qualifications

Base Pay Range : $112,900 - $203,700

Corporate Bonus Target : 20%

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.

At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and / or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year.
