Clean Team Inc. is hiring a Part-Time Cleaning & Floor Technician to assist our evening/night operations in Grand Rapids, MI. This role primarily supports our commercial cleaning teams, with occasional floor care projects as scheduled.

This position is ideal for someone dependable, flexible, and hands-on who enjoys variety and takes pride in helping keep facilities clean, safe, and professional.

What You'll Do

• Provide cleaning support and coverage for commercial accounts

• Assist teams with nightly cleaning tasks as needed

• Perform floor care projects such as scrubbing, stripping, sealing, and refinishing (as scheduled)

• Conduct carpet cleaning, extraction, and stain removal when required

• Operate cleaning and floor care equipment

• Assist with supply delivery, organization, and setup

• Follow safety and chemical-handling procedures

Requirements

• Previous cleaning or floor care experience required

• Must be 18+ with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and move equipment

• Pass a background check

• Availability for evening/night shifts and occasional weekends
