Position Overview

Outpatient-only primary care practice

Full-time, 40-hour work week , including 35 hours of direct patient care

Clinic hours : Monday–Friday, 8 : 30 AM – 5 : 00 PM , with one weekly evening shift until 7 : 00–8 : 00 PM

PCMH model – collaborative, team-based care approach

Full-scope Family Medicine , treating patients of all ages

Visit durations :

New patients : 45–60 minutes

Follow-ups / med management : 15–20 minutes

Supportive environment with experienced physicians, behavioral health integration, and nursing staff
