Responsibilities

• Committing yourself to the overall success of projects.
• Building effective relationships with owners, subcontractors, and team members on a foundation of trust and cooperation.
• Developing and executing plans to meet customer requirements and expectations, project deadlines, and quality standards.
• Promoting a positive professional culture and work environment.
• Organizing and assisting with document control and estimates through the bid and proposal process.
• Supporting analysis in the bid evaluation and subcontractor selection process.
• Drafting, organizing and / or distributing documents across the project management team, field team, design teams, owners, and architects; including weekly progress reports, submittals, RFIs, ASIs and drawing revisions.
• Updating and managing the procurement process to support the projects critical path.
• Participating in Owner and Architect meetings, drafting agendas and meeting minutes.
• Assisting in drafting, updating and / or coordination of the project schedule.
• Assisting in change management documentation and coordination activities.
• Seeking opportunities to assume Project Management responsibility.
• Advocating our culture of safety on all projects.
• Becoming advanced in the following applications : Bluebeam Revu, PlanGrid, & Microsoft Project.
• Occasionally traveling to project jobsites.
• Other duties as assigned.
