Senior Analyst, Executive Compensation
Lockheed Martin is seeking an experienced Senior Analyst, Executive Compensation. In this role, you will serve as a member of the Total Rewards Team. You will be reporting to, and supporting the Senior Manager, Executive Compensation in the design, development, administration, and monitoring of executive compensation programs. The successful candidate will have the ability to handle sensitive information, manage detailed work independently, while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to deliver results within set timelines. Some key responsibilities include :
- Support the development, administration, and execution of enterprise-wide executive compensation programs
- Perform research and detailed proxy analysis on executive pay plan design, methodology and industry trends
- Assist in the preparation of materials for the Board of Directors and / or Compensation Committee
- Participate in the writing, editing, and proofing of SEC disclosures (e.g., proxy, CD&A, 8-Ks, etc.)
- Analyze large amounts of data and use the information accurately to communicate findings on executive compensation initiatives and / or programs
- Support Business Area requests and year-end executive pay planning activities, serving as a trusted advisor on executive compensation governance and decisions
- Create materials to effectively communicate executive compensation programs, policies, and practices
- Partner and liaise with internal stakeholders, such as Finance, Audit, and Corporate Legal on executive compensation matters and governance
- Serve as the liaison with external stakeholders including audit agencies and consulting companies that provide survey data for our market rate analysis
There is a preference for the role to be supported in Bethesda, MD; telework may be considered.

Basic Qualifications :
3+ years of experience in executive compensation, accounting, finance, or Human ResourcesStrong data analysis skills and highly proficient utilizing ExcelEffective communication and presentation skills (proficiency with PowerPoint)Demonstrated analytical thinker and detail orientedDesired Skills :
