A company is looking for a Technical Program Manager - Service Delivery (Remote : USA).
Key Responsibilities :
Act as the primary point of contact with customers for service delivery, ensuring alignment with their expectations
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver high-quality services on schedule and within budget
Lead end-to-end project management for customer service delivery, including planning, execution, and close-out phases
Required Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
5+ years of experience in technical project management, construction, or service delivery, preferably in data center or telecom sectors
Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional teams and 3rd party vendors
Strong understanding of data center services and delivery processes
Experience with project management tools preferred (e.g., MS Project or similar)
