Job description

Overview :

  • CNU Fit is on a mission to transform lives through fitness, accountability, and personalized care.
  • As our Client Care Specialist, you'll be the welcoming force behind every client transformation—guiding them from sign-up to success.

What You'll Do :

  • Onboard new clients within 72 hours of sign-up Ensure 100% of clients stay on track in their first 100 days Collaborate with coaches and therapists to guide clients through their journey Manage CRM tasks and scheduling with 95%+ accuracy Support training sessions with warmups, transitions, and logistics Capture 5+ stretch and 5+ training photos / videos weekly Generate weekly reports on client progress and milestones Who You Are : You love fitness and believe in its power to transform lives You thrive on structure and own your responsibilities without being micromanaged You bring warmth, positivity, and calm in every client interaction You have a sharp eye for details and hate letting things slip through the cracks You move fast, follow up faster, and always ask, “What’s next?” You’re a proactive team player who leads with heart and action What We Value : Relentless energy Uncompromising standards Ownership of every client result What You’ll Need : Experience in customer service, hospitality, or wellness settings Strong communication and organizational skills Comfort with tech (CRM systems like WellnessLiving / Coach Catalyst is a plus) Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, people-centered environment A genuine passion for helping others succeed Bonus If You Have : Experience in fitness, therapy, or coaching environments Photo / video capture and light editing skills Familiarity with event or project coordination Ready to Apply?
