Aggregate Maintenance / Operator

Rush County Stone is hiring a dependable and self-motivated Aggregate Maintenance / Operator to keep our aggregate production plant running smoothly and safely. This role combines equipment operation with essential maintenance tasks, offering a blend of routine and challengeideal for someone who enjoys variety and problem-solving.
Aggregate Maintenance / Operator Responsibilities :
- Safely operate front-end loaders
- Feed raw materials into the aggregate plant
- Conduct start-up and shut down procedures
- Perform routine maintenance and mechanical repairs on crushing and screening equipment
- Troubleshoot and replace screens, bearings, and conveyor systems
- Perform daily safety and preventative maintenance checks
- Maintain clean and hazard-free work areas
