Title : Inside Sales Representative

Location : Hybrid Boston

The Talent Search Group at Partner in Publishing is seeking an Inside Sales Representative, Higher Education, on behalf of our client, the leading provider of language learning products for K-12 and Higher Education schools and universities.

This role is hybrid, with in-office work in Boston. Base salary is $60-70K.

The ideal candidate brings a consultative sales approach, smart selling techniques, and active listening skills to align product offerings with customer needs to win new business and grow accounts throughout the United States language education market.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL :

  • Consistently Strategically develop, manage, and execute on business development opportunities
  • Effectively utilize, update, and leverage the CRM (salesforce) daily
  • Prepare and virtually present persuasive and targeted sales presentations
  • Generate leads by strategically establishing and maintaining strong relationships with customers
  • Develop and maintain strong understanding of your products and partner effectively with Customer Success and Marketing colleagues

YOU MUST HAVE (MINIMUM REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE)

  • Bachelor’s degree minimum
  • 1+ years of successful consultative sales, account management, and / or customer success work experience that involved prospecting, territory management, and contract negotiation
  • Experience conducting virtual product demos or sales presentations (via Zoom, Teams, etc)
  • Experience using a CRM to manage day-to-day sales / account activities, run reports, and analyze data
  • IDEAL IF YOU HAVE (PREFERRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE)

  • Industry knowledge or experience (Higher Education, EdTech, eLearning)
  • Experience using Salesforce
