Apex Systems is seeking a skilled Solution Architect Manufacturing Technology to support one of our valued clients in Menasha, WI. This hybrid role offers a dynamic mix of on-site collaboration and remote flexibility. You'll play a pivotal role in designing and implementing cutting-edge technology solutions tailored to modern manufacturing environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and IT teams to gather requirements and design scalable solutions
• Architect end-to-end systems integrating IoT, MES, ERP, and automation technologies
• Lead workshops and presentations to gain stakeholder alignment
• Drive smart manufacturing initiatives like predictive maintenance and digital twins
• Evaluate emerging technologies (AI, robotics, edge computing) for continuous improvement
• Oversee implementation and ensure alignment with industry standards
• Document technical specifications and provide training for successful adoption
